We opened our doors in 1976 and never looked back. Built on the notion that top quality foods and clean products will nourish you, we’ve endeavored to be the best source for those products. It originally was because the owners' young son Johan suffered from food and environmental allergies. When his health improved by good diet and careful consideration of his day to day environment, his parents decided to open a store that sold those kinds of products. Over 40 years later we still have that same basic intent in picking the products we sell.

What do we sell?

When you walk in you will be greeted by friendly staff and the smells of delicious food cooking! Our Fresh Foods Deli & Grill is run by our Chef Ricki, a very capable steward of food who loves feeding people. Using the finest ingredients she makes everything from lasagna, to wraps, to salads, to pizzas, to chilies and soups. Too much to list! Made to order breakfast and lunch fare is available weekdays until 3pm, too! We also have a burgeoning catering service that she has spearheaded, so keep us in mind as an option for your next luncheon, or even food for your wedding!

Then there is our produce section, jam packed with all the greens, yellows and purples that fresh produce can show off. Check out our full line of groceries, frozen and refrigerated cases and snacks. A very nice chocolate endcap will always get your attention. In the middle aisles you'll find an extensive nutritional supplement section where we have vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathic remedies and liquid tinctures. Check out our Beauty and Body section for lotions and toothpastes and everything in between without harmful chemicals.
